The Abrego Development Company creates beautiful single-family residential communities in natural areas near San Antonio, Texas, as well as a mixed-used developmnt in Kenedy, Texas, which is southeast of San Antonio.

In our communities, we have been successful because we offer common area amenities, property owner associations, and underground utilities. All homesites are at least one acre. At this time, we have two communities located in Wilson County, Texas: Abrego Lake near Floresville and Eden Crossing near La Vernia. Situated on 650 acres, Abrego Lake has a final build out of 320 homes with 146 homesites currently developed. Eden Crossing, which is located on 440 acres, will have a final build out of 300 homes with 57 homesites currently developed.
Kenedy Station, our newest development, will soon begin in Karnes County where historic oil and gas exploration and discoveries have recently occurred. |
